The ingredients for making dodol are not found in Yuemei’s market, that we should look for to another city. Xingang city is our destination place to get the necessary ingredients. At 9 o’clock we went to the Xingang city using the bicycle. Before buying the ingredients, we stoped by the cat museum, and we found a decrepit association that held some agenda in there. Not for long, we continued bicycling to the market. We bought 2 pieces sticky rice flavor, 1 piece palm sugar, 2 pieces coconut milk, and somes cooking necessary for us.
After we got home, around 2 pm o’clock, we demonstrated dodol from pineapple. The methods for making dodol are :
1. Cutting up one of pineapple until small size, or we can use blender for getting the best tekstur.
2. Measure the flour, sugar and coconut milk according to the dosages.
3. Mixing all ingredients in the big bowl until homogeneous.
Cooking in the pan by small fire, stir slowly until the mixture is not sticky to the pan.
In this our experience, we got problem that the dodol is still little liquid. So we have to try it again tomorrow. Maybe the problem is when stiring the mixture while cooking and less one of the ingredients that is pearl rice flour. And we have to find the measurment of each the ingredients. We hope tomorrow will run well.
