Our project about Dragondoll has been processing and today we tried sixth experiment for finding the fixed formulation. Besides that, packaging team attempted finding the material for the secondary packaging of our product, that is paper oil. But they didn’t find it, instead they found corn husk while they came back to basecamp.
At 1.30 pm, we invited to join the planting of Lisianthus (Eustoma) seeds in Xuxu’s field. We did the planting after the seeds just arrived in his field and his explanation. The planting began with making the hole by bamboo pieces and put the Lisianthus seed to the hole.
The Lisianthus flower was similar with rose flower, that looks from the their shape but the Lisianthus doesn’t has the thorns.
The Lisianthus seeds was obtained by ordering before.The price of one seed is 3,5 NTD. One of seed container consist of 288 seeds and they selled it 1008 NTD. And Xuxu had 18 boxes of red Lisianthus, 8 boxes of pink Lisianthus, and 17 boxes of purple Lisianthus.
The Lisianthus flower was similar with rose flower, that looks from the their shape but the Lisianthus doesn’t has the thorns.
Xuxu’s usually export this flowers to interlocal of Yuemei village and international exporting to Japan. But for exporting the Lisianthus was fixed price. One of Lisianthus stem consist 3 flowers and the price for it 15 NTD as usually for exporting to Japan. the best criteria of Lisianthus will be export to Japan and the flowers which was not according to the criteria will be sell in interlocal Taiwan city.
